   @Leefromphilly Anything to decrease viral load such as Paxlovid and metformin is highly recommended to reduce risk of post covid sequelae. Metformin within 7 days reduces long covid and death by 53% over 6 months. It is cheaper than Paxlovid and has few side effects. Rest up and hope you recover well.

     Day 3 of Covid. Thought my fever broke, but nope, still 100. Just glad my oxygen level remains healthy (bought one of those pulse oximeters in the height of the pandemic) and my cough remains upper respiratory. I attribute this to having gotten vaccinated and then receiving multiple boosters.
