     @meeper @waifu @anemone @urchin @coolboymew @taylan Yeah but they're unbelievably incompetent. Their main bet was to just topple him and force early elections but they soon found out they don't have the political muscle to carry out a coup.
     
     They've grown so fat and idle that they can't actually fight back.

They know he's gotten a lot of influence not only locally but internationally, so the security has grown to reflect that.
