For systemd/Linux I suggest a FTP server setup with upload capabilities and any FTP client will be able to upload files.
systemd/Linux can also run SAMBA, which is has actually half-working implementation of SMB that windows clients can access (but why would you want a proprietary malware OS having access to your files?).-

linux guys what's the best way to transfer files from a windows pc to a linux pc with no physical keyboard? on my phone and laptop i have my windows disk drives mapped as smb shares, does it make sense to do this on linux?
