     Next fix will be the real fix, but it appears the "just don't be complete bullshit" fix has worked.
     
     The link here is significantly slower than at the DC so I didn't notice the problem until now.

     That gif of the raccoon is 34MB, so if that's working instead of hanging for an unreasonable amount of time, then I'm calling it partially fixed.
     
     The fix that has been applied was I corrected a race in the media reverse-proxy that I had hacked into Revolver a while back, and the *correct* fix is I go back to writing Elixir for a minute to make Pleroma use Revolver as an uploader.

     I thought all the slowness was due to my slow-ass data storage system, but it turns out that it was a bug higher up the stack.
