#3goodthings
1. Took yesterday totally off, and it felt great. Forgot that most things aren't open today, so I get to do it again, at least until I play my gig tonight.
2. Slept in my own bed!
3. Burned some gloomies last night before bed, and the number one thing from last year I want to get rid of was my father's grief. I hope it helps him, because I don't know what else to do. I know it can't be rushed, but I hate to see him suffering.

Write down the things from the previous year that you want to see end or disappear and then burn the paper. Sometimes all we have is symbolism, and sometimes symbolism is enough to get the bus rolling.

Wishing you a good new year.
