I want to set out something clearly at the beginning of the new year: we live under the most stupid world regime ever to exist.

(I apologize to those who dislike the word "stupid" as a disability word: I can't find a good replacement in English.) I don't mean innate intelligence, but rather willed disuse of intelligence, failure when success is quite possible. "Success" is here quite broadly defined even as the success of a ruling class, not even that of a people.
