   I made dinner for five tonight - baked potatoes, garlic bread, roasted broccoli, glazed carrots, reverse seared beef fillet, and cocktails.l

   Needed to plan out usage of both ovens (one of which is a microwave/convection combo unit) in advance, and had to sear steaks in two pans at once.

     Congrats (assuming it ended well)

     I find such fancy cooking highly stressful, but also highly rewarding when the plan comes together and everything is served hot at the same time.

     @bertkoor Everything came out great. The stressful part was searing the steaks, seconds matter there.
