   Also, I never shared this earlier this year, but I think @pluralistic noticed my review of Red Team Blues from 2023.

   I read through the Bezzle over the summer—which I wholeheartedly recommend since it’s as good (if not better) than the first Marty Hench novel—and happened to notice a little section in the acknowledgments.

   Either way, I’m honored and appreciate the shout-out! Looking forward to Picks and Shovels in the New Year! 🫡😊

     A bit early from me here in the Eastern US, but an early morning shift calls so I thought I’d go ahead and say it: Happy New Year! 🍾🥳🎉

     2024 has been a quiet year for me on the blog and the socials, not to mention a rough one in general. I already have a set of goals for next year to help make it a better one, which I’ll take about in a future blog post.

     Wishing you all here on the Fediverse a prosperous and hopeful 2025!
