     @burner You can say this about like idk fish bones. if you ate an entire plate of fish bones you know the small ones that get stuck and poke your insides it wouldnt be good for you but they are not poisonous

     @meso You can eat as much bonded asbestos as you like and it's harmless unless it causes a blockage.
     
     The problem is when fine shards end up in your lungs and are so inert that the immune system cannot dissolve it (fine glass for example does dissolve), thus you get chronic severe inflammation for decades that eventually turns into cancer.
