Whisper of Reason
A message to climate activists: we must recognize that we're at war. It's a word you should never use lightly, but no other word is applicable here in this situation.
Our enemy is the trillion-dollar fossil fuel industry. Every battle will be difficult beyond imagination. If you chose to fight on the Big Oil turf and by their rules, we may as well call it a day and go home.
Boycott COPs. Actually boycott: ignore it completely from now on. The only thing we can get there is a spit in the face.

We tried to be nice. Now we're being harassed, jailed and murdered.
Our problem is that we think that the other side will come to their senses. Forget it. In wartime, there's no such thing. Only enemies and allies, retreats and offensives, defeats and victories.
There's nothing for us at the "climate" summits. You can't launch a surprise assault from a press conference room.
Instead, every one of us should focus on one thing: what I can do today to harm the enemy as much as possible?

We need to prepare for the real peace negotiations, because no war is forever. Obviously, we want to sign a peace treaty in the end, but we need it on specific terms imposed by the laws of physics. As long as climate deniers keep denying physics, there can't be peace between us. Climate justice is also necessary. No justice - no peace.
To achieve these goals, we must be tough. Sitting at the negotiation table isn't yet a victory. You soften your stance AFTER you get what you need, not before.
