Someone gave us a fancy ceramic waffle maker for Christmas so I guess you could say things are going pretty well. -

@Leadmaus So the inside of it is made of ceramic material so it's non-stick without being toxic. Bread up, Bro likes this. -

@dissidentsoaps I haven't heard of such a thing. Sounds like either very new, or very old technology. -

@dissidentsoaps @Leadmaus yeah it seems like a lot of companies are getting into the ceramic lined cookware stuff. Crazy how saying "hey stop using nasty flouride in things people eat" convinces people to find a different way to do things. -

@XMediumxFloppax @Leadmaus @dissidentsoaps yes, when a pan has a non-stick coating, you need to be very careful what it is. anything "teflon" "PTFE" or "polytetrafloroethelene" is a flourine bearing substance.
These pans are also not high-heat safe because high heat will unbond the coating. -

@sickburnbro @Leadmaus @dissidentsoaps A lot of pans have Teflon you can scratch off. That's why you have to use wooden spoons
