@LordOfTheKangs@Marshall1Banana@Hoss I was a project manager for a construction company years ago and I switched one of the framing crews to four days a week and payed them straight 40 and they got more work done then the other crews did working five or even six days a week so then we made the four day work week standard for all crews and it worked great until some middle management retard had a fit and had it changed back.
@Hoss Fun fact, Henry Ford actually used data analytics to discover that a 40 hour work week was the most beneficial to the company before workers would become too tired from overwork and not only would the quality of products drop off a cliff- the company would loose money in workers getting injuries, damaged products and tools
