     @barrett @sun it requires leg muscles and balance that a lot of people do not have after youth has escaped us
     
     If you learned young you'll have muscle memory that will help you with any sport like that but learning at an older age is probably tough

     @sun Fortunately I'm a natural at it. Went with school when I was like 14yo and the trainer told me I didn't need basic training.

     @sun tbh I didn't do much, I just remembered james bond movies where they were skiing and just did the same moves, it worked.
