   Lately I get asked very often, I mean really often, about immigration to Germany by specifically English-speaking trans people escaping the USA.

   I immigrated to Germany via academia, and the immigrant support orgs that I know are focused on war refugees. So I never know how to advise in this situation.

   Most of these USA immigrants are white and would escape racialisation as "migrant*innen" in Germany, but also have no visas, money, German language skills, and struggle to find jobs, apartments, HRT, community, deal with paperwork, prove financial stability, get a friendly Wohnungsgeberbestätigung etc.

   Anyone who has any suggestion at all on guides, information material, organisations, support groups etc. please reply here, maybe we can set up a miniguide or something later.
