   A nerdy question: How do you organize your (sub-)folders in your mailbox? Do you add your sub-folders all below "Inbox" or do you put them on the same level next to your Inbox"?

   Until now I had all my sub-folders below the "Inbox" but sometimes this looks ugly (e.g. k9 /Thunderbird for Android). Moving them one level up could make the folder structure look nicer and also simplify navigation.

   Opinions? Best practice?

     @bjoern Are you using IMAP or POP3? And do you want the subfolders to be sync'ed to the server's copy of the mailbox?
