   Cheers everybody 🍷 trying out a Dickens based recipe of Smoking Bishop https://toriavey.com/drinking-with-charles-dickens-the-smoking-bishop/

   It's not bad, but quite tart. I halved the number of lemons in the recipe and put in a bit of extra sugar. The spices are subtle and give this a lovely warming feeling. This would be ideal coming into the house on a cold winter's day.
