@evan Qualified no. There are lots of things I'd change about the US Constitution if I could [0], but with present popular opinions the changes proposed by a constitutional convention would probably be for the worse.

[0] E.g., elections every two years? Are they crazy? When do legislators do any serious work when they're constantly campaigning or raising money for campaigns?
