This is the site of where John McClane single-handedly took down a group of terrorists, nay, thieves in spite of no help from two former FBI Agents named Johnson, no relation. He was helped by a single useful LAPD police officer, Sergeant Powell who despite push back from his superiors was able to help keep McClane's spirits high and push to survive. The leader of the terrorist cell, Hans Gruber fell to his death from Nakatomi Plaza.
