   @bmacDonald94 So very true. I have seen many people try to articulate this, and I think it’s the essence of Buddhism in some ways … we put pressure on ourselves not to feel and be whatever we are at a given moment. In the west especially, we think ecstasy is the goal rather than things like contentment and acceptance.
