@auzzy Ad industry is a cancer. They destroy everything they touch. Radio, TV, Internet and so on. The problem are not only the ads but the tracking methods too.

It sucks how the longer a show exists (especially podcasts), the more ads it contains. Each break gets longer, and they add more types e.g. before it starts, after it ends, mid-episode, and my least favorite, mid-episode discussion.
It's even more aggravating when they ALSO have a successful Patreon.
On the one hand, yeah, sure, get paid. On the other, ads blow. Why am I paying you to continue to sell stuff? At LEAST give your Patrons a way to listen ad-free.
