They always answer a ticket even if the answer is a repeat of a previous answer.
Three times on this ticket they said to report the abuse, a step of which is saying who the seller is.
Three times I have pointed out that they won't tell me who the seller is.
I really need to automate this - I wonder how many tickets I can keep open at once, for ever, if I do that.

REFUSE to say who it is.
I point out this is trademark breach and GS1 EAN allocation issue.
They explain how to report such issues.
Including the step:
"- The store or business name of the seller you are reporting"
WHICH THEY REFUSE TO TELL ME.
