thinking about this now it would actually be kind of sick if everyone had a 'coin' attached to them. imagine you know people think the guy wearing a trenchcoat all the time and think the coin will go up after they shoot the school up. but they dont actually do it so people lose money on it. it would be a great way to destroy stereotypes.
