@dch @prahou @Reiddragon Well technically it would be a lot of work and lot of regressions/breaking-changes, CSS is one vector, the <picture> element is another, then you can bruteforce with loading=lazy (or get scroll progress).
That said I'm not sure how frequently fingerprinting is used when exploiting ETag / Last-Modified, slapping tracking IDs in the URL (some cleanable, some not due to mangling tracking with the page-id), … as super-cookies also just works.
And legally… well I doubt fingerprinting is legal in EU, problem then is how the enforcement is nearly non-existent compared to how illegal the tech industry is.
