"Musk is becoming a one-man rogue state", writes Alexander Hurst in The Guardian. "He has bankrolled elections, stoked riots and ignored laws".

But as he finds we need to "show that even interplanetary amounts of wealth don’t mean impunity, and that some things – like democracy – are not for sale", we'd do well to remember he's just the tip of an iceberg. The idea that deregulated big business growth models benefit all is being pushed by many, while it destroys ecological & social foundations.
