   @britt omg I’m with you - I’ve tried and tried and Obsidian doesn’t work for my brain. I can’t seem to find a good Notion alternative. I’ve tried Appfowy and Outline which are close but not quite the same. Big sad as I want to stay away from it. I’m now going to try Joplin (self hosted)

     I like to consider myself moderately intelligent but for some reason I just cannot get Obsidian built out the way that I want to. I’ve attempted multiple times over the years and it always just ends in wasted time and frustration.

     That happened again today. Maybe I’ll just stick to digital note taking and go back to Notion?

     I’m trying to build a tracker for school assignments, personal reading library, and a few other side projects. I’ll figure it out one day…
