     Sure, there's a lot of bottled anger, piss and vinegar to go around. A fuck load of people itch for a fight or some direction to channel that energy. I would still be hesitant to say most White people have cast aside their individualist opinions to adopt more collectivized racial consciousness.
     
     Also this mob lacks a sufficient amount of intel or what I would call targetting data to properly prioritize and direct their anger towards certain people or entities that have institutional power. I'm talking inverse surveillance state. I'm talking the democratisation of unlimited information and data concerning the elites, their locations, their assets and even predictive behaviors.

     It's a little more than the bread and circuses.
     
     Most of our people don't resort to murder or violence to settle their matters. This is a product of living in a world that once held civilization to a standard that it was capable of resolving those disputes adequately. Thus the reason for law and the expectation of order. At some point that falls apart and people resort to their instincts. When the expectation of the Law to keep things ordered and Just fails, then it falls apart.
     
     You will find that all of a sudden, people will be very eager to collectivize among their in-groups.

     Historically, revolutions have kicked-off from from the military aristocracy tiring of the royal house, as the pampered occupants therein no longer possess any martial qualities. Works best when the military officers' (and the families that form their recruiting pool) are unanimously in agreement on this.
     
     Washington and the inner clique of the Continental Congress knew full-well that their descendants (and assimilated European peasantry) could conquer the entire continent; but George III's government refused to allow parceling and development on the Ohio Valley, and were in the way.
     
     The same can be said about Mexico's independence, and the Bolivarian republics.

     The entire Western hemisphere (except Canada) formed independent republics more or less on easy mode; European governments could not assert effective control.
     
     More instructive examples, where national peoples successfully resisted powerful regimes on the regime's home soil, are found in the dissolution of #Qing #China, the fall of #Imperial #Russia, and the end of the formation of the Republic of #Turkey under Ataturk, Mustafa Kemal.
