  So... with my new proposed 'toddler' framing in mind, this ridiculous Trump statement makes sense. One of the funniest things toddlers will do is hit another toddler and then claim to be the one being hit - the victim. And convince themselves it's true. Because toddlers are shocking little liars - but not in the adult sense.
