   @CiaraNi Thanks for trying! Companies often forget that employees have data protection rights. I work at a B2B software company and usually I only hear questions about our customers' employees' privacy when some pesky trade union (usually from Germany) wants to know the answer...

     @FreakyFwoof I have tried and failed on several devices. I asked our IT department at work how to turn off CoPilot and six months' later, still no answer. No answer is, I understand, the answer - i.e. we cannot turn it off, it's a compulsory part of our work tools.
