   #Progressives : I think we all need to vote #progressive #thirdparty down ballot every time, spread the word, keep doing it until there's enough statewide power to bypass the #electoralcollege and get a real #president. It would take decades, but it seems to be the only way.

     If there's any message that should be told to progressives, it should be to not have any faith or hope in the capitalist electoral system as a vehicle for any real meaningful change. Capitalist democracy ultimately only benefits capitalists, not workers, the 99%. Workers should aspire to destroy capitalist democracy, along with capitalism, and establish socialism, along with a socialist, a workers, democracy.
