     If (real big IF) his lawyer is smart AND Nick stayed quiet, there's a chance the prosecution could fall flat on it's face. What did he squirt her with? She said it didn't do a thing. Is there any actual footage of her being "assaulted"? She might've been on the ground in the video, but that doesn't prove *how* she got there. Could've tripped over her own feet while scrambling to get away.
     
     Nick is far too effeminate to execute a proper 'This Is Sparta' kick. Even the mystery friend in the black car cannot testify that Nick actually laid a finger on the jew, as her vantage point was all wrong. And the friend was also part of a much larger targeted harassment campaign. The jew was there because she HATES the faggot, it ain't hard to imagine her taking a dive the way soccer players do.

     Civil court? I'm struggling to come up with a plausible justification for imma-confiscate-ur-phone. Doubt the kike spent $750+ on it, but if she did I'm sure we would've heard Grand Theft uttered already. Don't even think she could argue the damage was intentional, 'cause he didn't stomp on it inside of his home. So Nick cuts her a check for a phone?
