     Tuesday 05:11
     I had a really deep nap last evening, so I woke up from my sleep really early today, about 04:40.
     Have made #Coffee and eating Greek Vanilla Yogurt with Peaches.

     Yesterday Kentucky Cardiology finally got back to me with setting up my heart tests.
     We don't suspect anything is wrong, but my primary care did suggest I go for this check, and referred me.
     The first is this morning.
     I got a little frustrated in the phone call, as we had to set up 3 appointments. I scrambled to write down all the dates, times, and instructions. I had to do this as when I asked if I would receive an email with all the details, I was told I would receive a snail-mail. Obviously I will not get that before today, and maybe even not before the next appointment on Thursday.
     I may have messed writing down, or communicating to Arianna the times, so I am going to be at their office when they open at 08:00 and wait as needed. All the times were in the first couple of hours of the day.
     They don't even use text appointments or have a portal.
     Anyway, I shall keep you informed.

     After today's appointment I shall be going to work in my new office at the #FoodBank.
     I have it 95% set up for my workflow.
