      This definitely resonated with me. I have put a lot of effort into making my experience less shitty, but that isn't feasible for everyone.

      @pluralistic The most obnoxious example I've seen this year was an email saying "We are sure gonna miss you!" that complained that "It's been a while since you shopped with us", when:

      1) I made a purchase from them two weeks prior, and
      2) They're people who sell freeze-dried food with a 30-year shelf life, so *there is no reason why I would be buying from them every two weeks!*
