   The first zucchini of the season has been harvested. As every home gardener knows, this event heralds a season of zucchini pasta, zucchini muffins, zucchini loaf, zucchini bread, zucchini pie, zucchini wine, zucchini jam, and our favourite, chicken surprise (the surprise? It’s zucchini)
