   @Radical_EgoCom Death seems a bit extreme. I would be happy with house arrest (or monitored with the equivalent of ankle bracelets) and taking everything over $1 billion away from them to be distributed to the poor.

     Given how destructive some of these men are specifically and how destructive being a billionaire is in general, I wouldn't say that death is extreme. Also, why let them keep any of their money under 1 billion? No one needs 999 million dollars or even 1 million. If they are to be left alive, give them the bare minimum that they need in order to live a healthy and comfortable life, and that's it.

     $10,000,000 is a good maximum????? You have to be kidding? No one needs that much money. I'd say that a person would need approximately $40,000 a year to survive. Just take all the money from billionaires and give them an approximate $40,000 annual allowance for survival, same as everyone else.
