  @KawaneRio @samesameshark Looks a bit more severe. Looking at posts like https://askubuntu.com/questions/1438508/403-error-forbidden-ip-apt-get-update-on-main-server it looks like Canonical is having server problems. Launchpad is their platform, so it is also hosted by them.
  For normal packages you might be able to switch to a third party mirror, but for the PPAs you will just have to wait.
