   This week we’re discussing an unhappy surprise that brought up feelings I thought were far behind me. It kinda wrecked me for a bit.

   Here’s TRANS TRAUMA 1: THAT OLD DYSPHORIC FEELING.

   When you've lived a lifetime with dysphoria, it can come back to haunt you in all kinds of unexpected ways.

     this week’s essay is about what a lifetime of dysphoria can do to a person, even years and years later when dysphoria is all but gone

     it’s always with us

     but it doesn’t have to be that way

     accepting trans kids when they tell you who they are can save them from a lifetime of this 🩷
