   Holiday break project: Install a #Linux distro on a old Intel iMac for a relative.

   It won't be easy for sure but it's doable.

     Confirmation of the appointment for next Thursday for the project. Hopefully the Mac to Linux transition goes well but once again it won't be easy.

     So #LinuxMint has been installed on my friend's le olde Intel powered iMac and so far it's working along well with no annoying lags on performance. I'll do more tests tomorrow just to be sure it's running well on back-to-back days.
