I suppose you can say I inherited my love for green things from my parents. Mostly dad. While most people would just buy pepper from the store, my dad decided to grow it (that's the plant on the right).

@ericalaeta it is! I only grow simple veges in my balcony, unlike my dad who grows even pineapples, but it's very satisfying!

@liztai A bit more climate change and I can try pepper, too (in Germany). Harvested my first fig this year. Tomatoes are becoming harder to grow due to the increasing rain and damp climate. I‘d love to grow Okra. It‘s only available in special Asia supermarkets and quite expensive. But so tasty! 🥰 Growing your own food is very satisfying.
