     @WarnerCrocker I thought we were past things like the Victorian Airship and 1950s Flying Saucer flaps.

     I should have known better.

     We may have lived through the semi-sensible times. 😕

     @WarnerCrocker the fact that they are colorfully lit (at least those I’ve seen images of) suggest someone relatively benignly trying to attract attention.
