   Barack Hussein Obamas greatest policy failure was the misplaced assumption that private healthcare insurance corporations had any profit motive or market incentive to provide a quantifiable or transparent level of service for any customer.
   
   By mandating every american purchase health insurance -- instead of offering socialized healthcare -- he effectively guaranteed insurance providers are free to provide nothing at all to their customers.
