Ban vaccines. That will increase sickness and deaths, but will also increase sales of fake cures which will increase profits for the very people who want to ban the vaccines.

Keep allies like the Saudis happy. This has all kinds of benefits for our billionaire class and none for regular folks.

Promise tax cuts but only deliver them to the ultra-wealthy. No need to explain that.
