   @royal I think its more to do with efficiency of workers who have to clean up after the gross people who use public bathrooms.

     Are hand blow dryers really more efficient?
     I'm sure it's not really comparable, but I always ask how many paper towels one would have to burn to produce this much heat and air movement.
