Not just an Urban Farm, but as I imply from my very poorly drawn horseback rider, we may be able to explore having the police horses here (on rotation) whose manure would help the compost. One of the Recycling Studios could be here as well as housing for the permaculture team (obviously).

Could we also fit the Police Museum here, set for demolition at the Parklands to make way for the new hospital, while ensuring a decent space for permaculture and the Recycling Studio?
