     One of my cheap and terrible VPSs is down, and of course, their support is unresponsive. It's the first downtime since I launched it 10 days ago. Sadly, they are the only provider I have in Northeast Asia. Is a terrible/unstable VPS worth €4?

     @psc I've got a stable but (10years) old CPU VPC in the US West region. VPS plans in Japan usually cost more than in the US or EU. Latency from Korea to the US is about 150ms, but it's only around 30ms to Japan.

     @seungjin I know you said you bought it because of the reliable connection, but how important is latency from the server to Korea? Why not buy in a different geography?
