   Looking at #ebikes for the family instead of replacing my 25yo car. Not sure my family would be down for it but I really hate cars these days.
   Found this interesting #Portland specific program that would be amazing for lower income folks.

     Sounds like an awesome program!

     The creepy tracking requirement using an app is unfortunate, though.
