Lort. Had a conversation IRL with someone today who got fired who tried to argue that Ohio's Right to Work law meant they can't be fired and had a right to work unless it is a really good reason and they had a right to a job.
The look on their face when I explained it only meant employees cannot be required to join a union or pay union dues as a condition of employment. The look on their face when they googled what I told them from their phone.
