   @get I have only ever seen PHP devs defend it but yeah there are a lot of JS people that defend too. I personally think JS is both a good and shitty language in different ways. It's really expressive but the weird way it does implicit conversions is shitty

     @sun @get I wonder if Hack (PHP+) ever caught on at least as much as Kotlin (Java+) did. I know that Elixir is not Erlang+.
