   There aren’t many areas with no drone flying restrictions in Eastern Berlin (according to https://maptool-dipul.dfs.de/?language=en ) but the massive Soviet military memorial in Treptower Park is one of them. The former Tempelhof aerodrome is also largely outside restrictions.
