     @xgranade yeah I think really good point re their mod decisions. Like... you have to trust their 'trust and safety' team if BlueSky is gonna feel safe and... some of their decisions lately seem like total dereliction of duty to protect trans users.

     @girlonthenet Yeah, and because that one team sets moderation standards across all of BlueSky, every mistake or dereliction has disproportionate impacts across the whole platform.

     @girlonthenet We make fun of Bluesky users here while in there they make fun of Mastodon users. The irony is that we now can read each other's posts. How about we just- not do that? I dislike Bluesky myself too but they have their reasons for going there.
