   To everyone discussing the "manifesto" from that CEO murderer. Understand that his actions have made whatever argument he puts forward in his writings moot and tainted. No matter how well formulated you think they are.

     This "manifesto" was written to justify murder, not to criticise the broken healthcare system in the US. There are far better sources to do that. Ignore the manifesto. Ignore the murderer. Don't reward him with your time and energy.
